1. How long will shipping take?
Items are shipped within 24 hours of order being placed during weekdays.  If an order is placed after 2pm PST on Friday it will be processed on Monday.  We ship express (1-2 days delivery time) for Canadian and US orders (Approx. 3 days delivery time for USA).  For international shipments we ship by Canada post Air (5-10 business days average).

2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is currently free.  We use Xpresspost priority service for all USA and Canada shipments and International Air service to Europe.

3. Will I get an order confirmation and tracking number?
Yes, you will get an order confirmation emailed to you and when the item has shipped we will send you a tracking number for your shipment.  You can also check the status of your order 24 hours/day by logging in to your account via our secure website.  For European orders, we will email you a waybill copy instead of tracking number.

4. Do you use discreet boxes/packaging?
Yes, we use clean cartons/envelopes with no labels or company name on them and they are very tightly sealed.  Your invoice is emailed to you and not on the carton.

5.  What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns due to health reasons.  All items we sell are BRAND NEW and have never been used. 

6. If I want a different pipe can I return this one and exchange it?
No, unfortunately for hygienic reasons we don't take items back. We want to ensure the safety of all of our customers.

7. Are these items legal where I live?
We do not sell illegal products or condone the sale of illegal substances of any kind.  We are glass artists first and foremost.  Our passion is the creation of top quality glass art.  We believe that pipe art is one of the most exciting forms of glass art. However, we are not customs experts and can't guarantee what each country will allow. From experience we know that most countries do not ban our products but make sure that they are brand new and do not contain illegal substances. In this regard our product is 100% safe because we only sell new glass and have nothing to do with any illegal substances.  This being said, certain countries may have restrictions on glassware produced for smoking.  It is your responsibility to make sure that your country allows such items.  Please be responsible and follow your country's laws.  All 50 US states allow the sale of pipes and bongs, however, there are a handful of counties that restrict their sale.  Please find out if your city is one of these before you buy.

8. I have a retail store and would like to sell your product, will you give us a discount?
Yes, we are always happy to welcome new retail partners and will work with you from day one to help you make profits using our beautiful work.  Just email us and we will contact you.

9. How secure is your website?
Our site utilizes industrial strength SSL.  This means that we use the highest encryption technologies available making it impossible for anyone to access your personal information, including credit card information.  We have been verified by Godaddy.com and have been issued a membership seal to show customers that we are 100% secure (click on our security seal at the bottom of the page to verify).

10. Do you produce custom designs?
Yes, we can produce custom designs for you. We can work with you to create the pipe, bubbler, or bong you want. We can use your artwork or we can do our best to create something that meets your needs. The cost for this can vary: if we really like your work we may work with you to market the item and share the profits with you.

11. Do you charge tax?
No. We cover the tax ourselves for orders within Canada. We are not required to charge tax for all other countries.

12. Do you have an age restriction?
Yes, you must be 19 years of age to order from us.  By ordering from us you are stating that you are at least 19 years old and that your country, state, province, or city does not have restrictions on the sale or import of our products.  Some countries have higher age limits for smoking, please follow the laws in your country and be responsible.
