@pcd2k There have been natural disasters on earth with or without man. If you read some of the emails the "scientists" are confused on how they should respond to the fact that we have had several of the coldest years in history now - especially this year where the coldest temps have been recorded in some states.

I do believe we should limit pollution so that we can have better air and water but not because I believe it is heating up the earth. There is no real evidence to prove that.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('35','Alan','@pcd2k There have been natural disasters on earth with or without man.
Ok, so you believe global warming is not man made ?
So how do you account for the outstanding number of overwhelmingly huge wild fires that have and continue to occur in the US, re California ?
http://news.mongabay.com/2006/0821-agu.html
Or the enormous number of extreme floods in the US ?
http://uk.reuters.com/article/idUKN2035973020080620

Or the larger number of devastating hurricanes in the US, re Florida & New Orleans ? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8197191.stm
Or the ever quickly melting ice sheets of the polar regions ?
http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2009/nov/22/east-antarctic-ice-sheet-nasa

So what could 4 degree warming mean for the world?

Where are your links that reference your claims ?

Thanks for posting this.

Apparently people are starting to follow the money.

When you consider the scal involved, it is just ludicrous to believe that something as insignificant as man-made CO2 could really influence the temperature of the whole planet.

And, no matter what else, Gore is just as (fill in the blank - but be nice!) as most every other politician.

Mn-made global warming theory is about one thing - income, more taxes, out of our pockets.
Reply - Quote
